Staple Workouts


RMC consistently offers three staple workouts that are always FREE and open to the public. We train hard and smart to become stronger and leaner but not meaner, and make friends while doing it!
Mondays – Stadium workout, 5:30pm at The Swamp
Saturdays – Group workout at Westside Park, 8am
Root & Pecker Food Truck Rally Run – select Fridays, 3.5 mile run and social, 6pm meet in front of Cymplify

“The Swamp” is where RMC began and continues to be a favorite workout spot. With a capacity of over 88,000¬† people, there are plenty of sections to run! To keep it short and sweet, we run up the stadiums and come down the small steps.

Newcomers are always welcomed!



Saturday Morning Workout

Every Saturday at 8:00am – rain or shine

Start Point: Westside Park – meet at the basketball courts

Description: This high intensity workout is designed be fun, achieve results, and get your ass out of bed!







Root & Pecker

Food Truck Rally Run

6pm – rain or shine (held on select Fridays)

Start Point: Cymplify

Description: Meet in front of CYM at 6PM for a meet and greet. The run starts at 6:20PM. The loop consists of roughly 3.5 miles. We will start by running on 8th AVE to 43rd St, north on 43rd St to 23rd AVE, west on 23rd AVE to 55th St, south on 55th St back to CYM.
